I'm so sorry, but I forgot to Congratulate our new local titleholders who won on Saturday November 14th. I was at a family party, and unable to be there!
But CONGRATS to Miss Salem County 2010 Ciara Oro, and Miss Heartland 2010, Chelsea Lee Ray!! I'm so excited to have you both back at Miss New Jersey!!
